Today I first went to Mind and muscle to do my work out, and then I went to the rink to go on the ice. I can skate at full speed now! It felt so good and I am feeling that I´m not far away from playing now!!

I´m writing from Stonebridge, Mississauga. Feels so good to be back! It was tough this morning to leave my family especially my brother. The trip to here went great and I just got from dinner with Dave, Barb, Jordan and my dad who is here for three days.

I´m going to sleep now It´s been a long day, but tomorrow I will practice with the guys and I´m looking forward to it!!

I´m all packed and ready to leave for Mississauga! Tomorrow morning we´re heading off and it´s a long trip but it´s worth it.
